Prescriptions

Please note that we are not able to to take prescription requests over the telephone. 

Patients are still welcome to bring or send in their repeat prescription slips to reception, or register with a local pharmacy who can order prescriptions with the surgery on their behalf but we really want you to register to use our online services.

Doc Ready

How to order a repeat prescription

There are several options available when you need to order a repeat prescription

  • In person - drop your repeat slip into the post box outside the surgery or hand it in to one of the reception team.
  • Online- If you have not yet registered to use our appointment system online you can register and obtain a password by coming into the surgery and speaking to one of our reception team.
  • By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
  • By fax - 01293 646809

If you are registered online to use our appointment system please click on the login below to order your prescription online.

If you cannot collect your prescription from the surgery why not save yourself a journey and arrange for your prescription to be collected by your local chemist? Speak to reception to find out more.

Please try to remember to allow 2 working days when ordering medication. You will need to attend for regular reviews of your medication. please speak to reception for further details.
