X-rays and Ultrasound Scans

If the doctor feels you need to have an x-ray they will give you an  x-ray form which you will need to take with you when you attend the x-ray department at either Crawley or East Surrey Hospital.

Ultrasound scans can be organised at various sites including at the surgery at present.

For both of these please enquire about results a week after the test unless you have been told otherwise.


Blood tests

You can book to have your blood test done at the surgery by speaking to one of the reception team or by calling 01293 514340 or you can attend the walk in blood test clinic at Crawley Hospital. (Open from 8am 4:45pm Monday - Friday)

(Please note you do not need to book an appointment if attending a hospital blood clinic however you will need to take your blood request form with you)

If you have been asked to attend the blood clinic at Crawley Hospital or East Surrey for a child blood test please ensure you obtain a prescription for some cream to administer prior to your arrival at the hospital.
