Covid Vaccination Update
The vaccine delivery for our patients is in full flow. Clinics are often only able to be organised relatively late notice. If you do get a call or text message from our surgery, please don’t be surprised if the appointment offered is at short notice. The good news is that vaccine delivery is getting quicker.
Everyone will get their call or message when we can offer the vaccine to the relevant age group. New age groups will be invited when we have confirmed delivery of the vaccine and the clinic dates. If you cannot make the appointment offered, you will not be forgotten and you should get another offer soon enough.
Appointments for 2nd vaccine Doses
The 2nd vaccine dose previously planned at 3 weeks has now been changed to 8-12 weeks for all.
If you are waiting for your 2nd vaccine dose, you will be contacted 10 weeks after your 1st vaccination, and asked to book your 2nd vaccination. You may either be contacted by Text message or telephone call.

Covid-19 Vaccination Programme: National Vaccination Centres
We are aware that some of our patients are starting to receive letters or messages from the national vaccination booking system. These letters and messages are labelled only from the NHS and invites you to book your vaccination appointment.
Please don't worry, our service is not affected.
These letters and messages are offering the opportunity to book an appointment at one of the larger vaccination centres such as the the Brighton Centre or a local pharmacy. Our team will continue to contact you directly to arrange an appointment locally. The letter gives you more options to get you vaccine.
You can either follow the details in the letter to book at one of those services or we will be contacting you in due course.
